Employing a qualitative, applied-developmental design, this study was conducted using thematic analysis. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with 25 educational experts (including teachers, principals, and specialists), selected through theoretical sampling until theoretical saturation was achieved. The analysis of the data resulted in the extraction of 29 basic categories, 12 sub-themes, and 5 main themes that constitute the conceptual model for a positive learning environment. These main themes are: (1) Effective Social Interaction, (2) Flexibility in Learning, (3) a Supportive Learning Space, (4) Educational Support, and (5) Focus on Holistic Development. The findings indicate that fostering a positive learning environment in the new ecosystem necessitates a multifaceted approach. This approach extends beyond traditional pedagogical methods to emphasize the importance of constructive social relationships, adaptable teaching tailored to individual needs, a safe psychological and physical space, targeted guidance, and a focus on the holistic (cognitive, emotional, and skills-based) development of students. The resulting conceptual model offers a practical, evidence-based framework for policymakers, administrators, and teachers to design and implement strategies based on these factors. This, in turn, can strengthen dynamic, collaborative, and effective learning environments, ultimately enhancing the quality of education in response to contemporary challenges. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر محیط یادگیری مثبت گرا در زیست بوم جدید آموزشی و ارائه یک مدل مفهومی در این زمینه بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی-توسعه ای و از نظر روش، با رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. داده های لازم از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با 25 نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش وپرورش (شامل معلمان، مدیران و کارشناسان) که با روش نمونه گیری نظری انتخاب شده و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت، جمع آوری گردید. تحلیل داده ها منجر به استخراج 29 مقوله پایه، 12 مضمون فرعی و 5 مضمون اصلی شد که مدل مفهومی عوامل مؤثر بر محیط یادگیری مثبت گرا را تشکیل می دهند. این مضامین عبارت اند از: ۱) تعامل اجتماعی مؤثر، ۲) انعطاف پذیری در یادگیری، ۳) فضای یادگیری حامی، ۴) پشتیبانی آموزشی و ۵) تمرکز بر رشد جامع. یافته ها نشان می دهد که ایجاد یک محیط یادگیری مثبت در زیست بوم جدید، نیازمند رویکردی چندوجهی است که فراتر از روش های تدریس سنتی، بر اهمیت روابط اجتماعی سازنده، انطباق پذیری روش های آموزشی با نیازهای فردی، ایجاد فضای امن روانی و فیزیکی، ارائه راهنمایی های هدفمند و درنهایت، توجه به رشد همه جانبه (شناختی، عاطفی و مهارتی) دانش آموزان تأکید دارد. مدل مفهومی حاصل از این پژوهش، یک چارچوب عملی و مبتنی بر شواهد برای سیاست گذاران، مدیران و معلمان فراهم می آورد تا با طراحی و اجرای استراتژی های مبتنی بر این عوامل، به تقویت محیط های یادگیری پویا، مشارکتی و کارآمد و درنتیجه، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش در مواجهه با چالش های معاصر بپردازند. https://www.ijpk.ir/downloadfilepdf/7388420
