This study is a comparative study in which qualitative studies were used, and the researcher began by stating the generalities of the research, namely the importance of justice in life and society, and by outlining the research literature, he stated the theoretical foundations of the research from the perspective of the two perspectives of Henry Giraud and Allameh Jafari, which included a conceptual analysis of justice and distributive justice and its impact on society. The research methodology used a descriptive-analytical and comparative method. The required information was collected and evaluated using the Bored model and documentary and library methods. Our statistical population is all books and articles that have been written about distributive justice from the perspectives of Henry Giraud and Allameh Jafari and the educational implications of these two perspectives. Based on the findings of the present study: Henry Giraud's view on distributive justice believes that land and natural resources naturally belong to all humans. He believes that the government should use land rent and the income from it to cover the costs of public services in order to support everyone fairly. Allama Jafari's view on distributive justice is that human nature has diverse feelings and emotions. These phenomena, considering their motivations, results, and nature, are subject to certain laws; violation of those laws is oppression; and behavior according to them is justice. Conscience and moral attractions, considering their dimensions, follow fixed laws; behavior according to them is justice; and deviation from them, or indifference to them is oppression and tyranny. Giraud's view on critical issues and the discourse approach is, but Allama Jafari's view is moderate. پژوهش حاضر با بررسی مقایسه ای عدالت توزیعی از دیدگاه هنری ژیرو و علامه جعفری با بیان دلالت تربیتی آن می باشد. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعه تطبیقی، که در آن از مطالعات کیفی استفاده گردید و پژوهشگر در شروع کار، به بیان کلیات پژوهش، یعنی اهمیت عدالت در زندگی و اجتماع پرداخت و با طرح ادبیات تحقیق، به بیان مبانی نظری پژوهش از منظر دو دیدگاه هنری ژیرو و علامه جعفری، که شامل تحلیل مفهومی عدالت و عدالت توزیعی و تأثیر آن در جامعه اقدام نمود. در روش‌شناسی پژوهش از روش، توصیفی_تحلیلی و تطبیقی استفاده گردید؛ که با استفاده از الگوی بردی و با روش اسنادی وکتابخانه ی، اطلاعات موردنیاز جمع‌آوری گردیده و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری ما کلیه کتاب ها و مقالاتی هستند که در خصوص عدالت توزیعی از دیدگاه هنری ژیرو و علامه جعفری و دلالت های تربیتی این دو منظر نگاشته شده اند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر دیدگاه هنری ژیرو درباره عدالت توزیعی بر این باور است که زمین و منابع طبیعی به‌طور طبیعی متعلق به همه انسان‌ها هستند او معتقد است که دولت باید از اجاره زمین و درآمد حاصل از آن برای تأمین هزینه‌های خدمات عمومی استفاده کند تا بتواند به‌صورت عادلانه از همه حمایت کند. دیدگاه علامه جعفری درباره عدالت توزیعی این است که طبیعت آدمی دارای احساسات و عواطف متنوعی می‌باشد. این پدیده‌ها با نظر به انگیزه‌ها و نتایج و ماهیتی که دارند، مشمول قوانین معینی هستند، تخلف از آن قوانین، ستم، و رفتار مطابق آن‌ها عدالت است. وجدان و جاذبه‌های اخلاق با نظر به ابعادی که دارند، پیرو قوانین ثابتی هستند، رفتار مطابق آن‌ها عدالت و انحراف از آن‌ها، یا بی‌توجهی در برابر آن‌ها ستم و ستمکاری می‌باشد. نگاه ژیرو به مسائل انتقادی و رویکرد گفتمان است اما نگاه علامه جعفری اعتدالی می باشد. /downloadfilepdf/6443575
