The present research was conducted with the aim of comparative study of methods and methods of providing financial resources for education in Aliguderz city. The research is applied and its analysis is descriptive-analytical. In order to conduct the research, a mixed method was used, which includes quantitative data with statistical analysis software (spss) and the qualitative part, which was using a comparative study. Research tools include; Library sources, previous studies and the use of questionnaires which were evaluated by data normalization and t-test. The statistical population was 27395 students of Aligoders city, and a sample of 379 people was selected using Cochran's formula. The results showed; The budget allocated to education was not proportional to the costs of education, so education needed non-governmental resources. The largest share of this supply was from the government with an index of 72.68 units against 27.63 units of non-government sources. According to the results of the questionnaire, non-governmental sources had a greater contribution in components such as construction and repair, equipment and student transportation, and the government had a greater contribution in providing employees' salaries and training. Therefore, education was faced with a lack of funds from the government and the expenses were not in proportion to the income, for this reason parents, benefactors and social institutions have sought help to solve some problems. با توجه به هزینه های ناشی از عوامل عدیده در حوزه آموزشی و پرورشی برای تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص و ماهر در کشور، منابع و شیوه های تامین آن بصورت های دولتی و غیر دولتی ارزیابی می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تطبیقی شیوه ها و روش های تامین منابع مالی آموزش و پرورش در شهرستان الیگودرز انجام شده است. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و نوع تجزیه و تحلیل آن توصیفی- تحلیلی در نظر گرفته شده است. به منظور انجام پژوهش از روش آمیخته که دربردارنده داده های کمی با تحلیل های آماری نرم افزار (spss) و بخش کیفی که با استفاده از مطالعه تطبیقی بوده است ، استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل؛ منابع کتابخانه ای ، مطالعات پیشین و استفاده از پرسشنامه که با نرمال سازی داده ها و آزمون t ارزیابی شد. جامعه آماری 27395 دانش آموز شهرستان الیگودرز بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران نمونه تعداد 379 نفر انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد ؛ بودجه اختصاص یافته به آموزش و پرورش متناسب با هزینه های آموزش و پرورش نبود، از این رو آموزش و پرورش نیازمند منابع غیر دولتی بود. سهم بیشتر این تامین از سوی دولت با شاخص واحد 72.68 در مقابل 27.63 واحد منابع غیر دولتی قرار گرفت. مطابق نتایج پرسشنامه، منابع غیر دولتی سهم بیشتری در مولفه هایی مانند ساخت و تعمیر ، تجهیزات و رفت و آمد دانش آموزان داشتند و در مقابل دولت سهم بیشتری در تامین حقوق کارمندان و آموزش داشت. بنابراین آموزش و پرورش با کمبود بودجه از سوی دولت مواجه بود و هزینه ها با درآمد تناسب نداشت ، به همین علت از والدین، خیرین و نهاد های اجتماعی برای رفع برخی مشکلات یاری جسته است. /downloadfilepdf/5708531
