In terms of the purpose, the current research is from the category of applied research, in terms of the type of data it is quantitative, and in terms of the type of implementation, it is the category of field and survey research. The statistical population of the present research includes all the teachers of elementary school for girls in the 14th district of Tehran in the academic year 1401-1402. In this research, the researcher selected 12 girls' primary schools of the second period through a lottery method while obtaining permission from the General Directorate of Education of the 14th district of Tehran. Then the researcher, in coordination with the principals of the selected schools, selected all the teachers of these schools as a statistical sample (140 female teachers). In this research, in order to collect research data, a researcher-made questionnaire form was used to evaluate the teaching-learning performance of primary school teachers based on the Ashur model. The score range for each component of this questionnaire was between 3 and 15 points and the total score range of this questionnaire for each teacher was between 18 and 90 points. To ensure the validity of this questionnaire, the method of calculating the Lauche coefficient was used. Experts agreed on the high validity of this questionnaire, and the Lavshe coefficient was calculated as 0.78 for this questionnaire. . Then he presented the researcher-made questionnaire introduced in the previous sections of this chapter to the teachers in the statistical sample and after justifying the statistical sample, he gave them enough time to answer the questionnaire. After extracting the data needed for the research, as a result of implementing the tools mentioned in the previous part, two statistical analysis methods were used to test the hypotheses of the present research. First, various statistical tables and graphs were used to describe central tendency indices and dispersion indices to show the demographic characteristics and also to describe the research variables. In the second step, one-group t-test was used to test the hypotheses of this research. Finally, the teaching-learning performance of primary school teachers was evaluated based on the Ashur model in girls' schools in the 14th district of Tehran from the perspective of a desirable statistical sample. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزشیابی عملکرد یاددهی- یادگیری معلمان دوره ابتدایی بر اساس مدل اشور در مدارس دخترانه منطقه 14 تهران، انجام‌شده است. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف از دسته پژوهش‌های کاربردی، از نظر نوع داده به‌صورت کمی و به لحاظ نوع اجرا از دسته پژوهش‌های میدانی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کلیه آموزگاران مدارس دخترانه دوره ابتدایی منطقه 14 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 می‌باشند. در این پژوهش محقق ضمن اخذ مجوز از اداره کل آموزش‌وپرورش منطقه 14 شهر تهران، 12 مدرسه ابتدایی دخترانه دوره دوم را به روش قرعه‌کشی انتخاب نمود. سپس محقق ضمن هماهنگی با مدیران مدارس منتخب، کلیه آموزگاران این مدارس را به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب نمود (140 آموزگار زن). در این پژوهش به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، از فرم پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارزشیابی عملکرد یاددهی- یادگیری معلمان دوره ابتدایی بر اساس مدل آشور استفاده شد. دامنه نمره برای هر مؤلفه این پرسشنامه بین 3 تا 15 امتیاز و دامنه نمره کل این پرسشنامه برای هر آموزگار، بین 18 تا 90 امتیاز بود. برای اطمینان از روایی این پرسشنامه از روش محاسبه ضریب لاوشه استفاده شد. نظر متخصصان بر روایی بالای این پرسشنامه موافق بود و ضریب لاوشه برای این پرسشنامه 78/0 محاسبه شد. پس از استخراج داده‌های موردنیاز تحقیق، از دو روش تحلیل آماری برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق حاضر استفاده شد. ابتدا از طریق جداول و نمودارهای مختلف آماری، به‌منظور توصیف شاخص‌های گرایش مرکزی و شاخص‌های پراکندگی برای نشان دادن ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی و همچنین توصیف متغیرهای تحقیق استفاده شد. در مرحله دوم برای آزمون فرضیه‌های این تحقیق از آزمون t تک گروهی استفاده‌شده است. در نهایت، عملکرد یاددهی- یادگیری معلمان دوره ابتدایی بر اساس مدل اشور در مدارس دخترانه منطقه 14 تهران از دیدگاه نمونه آماری مطلوب ارزیابی شد. /downloadfilepdf/378042
