The current research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the method of collecting and analyzing information and data, it is descriptive-correlation type. The statistical population of the present study includes teachers of Shiraz city. The sample size is equal to 326 people through Morgan's table, which were selected using random cluster sampling method. Data collection is done by field method and a combination of closed questionnaire, and the measurement scale for the sections of technology and job suitability, intention to use, computer self-efficacy, technology features and computer fun is based on a 7-point Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the variables of computer fun, computer self-efficacy had a direct and indirect effect on the willingness to use online education, and the variable of technology characteristics indirectly and through computer self-efficacy and job and technology fit on the willingness to The use of online training is effective. The amount of explained variance of the tendency to use online education by predictor variables in the causal model is equal to 0.59 هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر قصد استفاده از آموزش تحت وب در بین معلمان شهر شیراز می‌باشد. تحقیق و پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از نظر نحوه گردآوری و تحلیل اطلاعات و داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر معلمان شهر شیراز را شامل می‌شود. حجم نمونه از طریق جدول مورگان برابر با 326 نفر می‌باشد که این تعداد با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی در بین نواحی چهارگانه شیراز انتخاب شدند. گردآوری اطلاعات به ‎روش میدانی و ترکیبی از پرسش‌نامه بسته صورت می‌گیرد و مقیاس اندازه‌گیری برای بخش‌های تناسب فناوری و شغل، قصد استفاده، خودکارآمدی رایانه‌ای، ویژگی‌های فناوری و سرگرم شدن رایانه‌ای بر اساس طیف 7 گزینه‌ای لیکرت صورت گرفته است. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که متغیرهای سرگرم شدن رایانه‌ای، خودکارآمدی رایانه‌ای به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر تمایل به استفاده از آموزش تحت وب اثر داشتند و متغیر ویژگی فناوری به‌صورت غیرمستقیم و به‌واسطه خودکارآمدی رایانه‌ای و تناسب شغل و فناوری بر تمایل به استفاده از آموزش تحت وب اثر دارد. میزان واریانس تبیین شده تمایل به استفاده از آموزش تحت وب از سوی متغیرهای پیش‌بین در مدل علی برابر با 0.59 می‌باشد. /downloadfilepdf/3762100
