This research was a semi-experimental research. The statistical population of the research included all elementary school teachers of district 1 of Tehran in the academic year of 1401-1402. In order to select the research sample, 40 teachers were selected as a sample using the available sampling method. Then, based on simple random sampling by lottery method, they were divided into two groups of 20 people, control and experimental. The data collection tool in this research included a questionnaire that measures the quality of teachers' teaching. In the following, pre-test and post-test were conducted from both experimental and control groups. Then the experimental group participated in educational technology classes and the control group continued in the usual way. At the end, a post-test was taken from all two groups and the results were analyzed using the covariance method. According to the results; The effect of educational technology classes on the teaching quality of elementary teachers and its subscale is significant, except for the subscale of teacher communication skills with students. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر کلاس‌های فناوری آموزشی بر کیفیت تدریس معلمان ابتدایی می‌باشد. این پژوهش یک تحقیق نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی منطقۀ1 شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 بود. برای گزینش نمونه تحقیق ابتدا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 40 نفر از معلمان به‌عنوان نمونه قرار گرفت. سپس بر اساس نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به روش قرعه‌کشی در دو گروه 20 نفری کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بود که کیفیت تدریس معلمان را می‌سنجند. در ادامه از هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد. سپس گروه آزمایش در کلاس‌های فناوری آموزشی شرکت کرده و گروه کنترل به روش معمول، ادامه دادند. در پایان از تمامی دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد و نتایج با استفاده از روش کوواریانس تحلیل گردید. طبق نتایج؛ تأثیر کلاس‌های فناوری آموزشی بر کیفیت تدریس معلمان ابتدایی و خرده مقیاس آن به‌جز خرده مقیاس مهارت‌های ارتباطی معلم بادانش‌آموزان معنادار می‌باشد. /downloadfilepdf/2152227
