The method used was qualitative and was selected by content analysis method guided by the text of the fundamental change document. The results of the research indicate the correspondence and compatibility of the ethical concepts of the document with the concepts of universal ethics. According to the educational principles derived from the theories of Plato, Khajeh Nasir al-Din Tusi and current educational theories, educational methods in accordance with the mentioned principles were identified and determined to implement the concepts. The analysis of the text indicates the correspondence of ethical concepts in the evolution document and the concepts of global ethics in some components and the lack of correspondence in others. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تطبیقی مفاهیم اخلاقی مندرج در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش‌وپرورش و عملیاتی نمودن مفاهیم اخلاقی آن بر مبنای نظرات تربیتی می‌باشد. روش به‌کاررفته از نوع کیفی و با روش تحلیل محتوا هدایت‌شده از متن سند تحول بنیادین انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش از تناظر و همخوانی مفاهیم اخلاقی سند با مفاهیم اخلاق جهانی خبر می‌دهد. با توجه به اصول تربیتی برگرفته ازنظریات افلاطون، خواجه‌نصیرالدین طوسی و نظریات تربیتی کنونی، روش‌های آموزشی متناسب با اصول یادشده، جهت عملیاتی نمودن مفاهیم شناسایی و تعیین گردید. تحلیل متن از تناظر مفاهیم اخلاقی در سند تحول و مفاهیم اخلاق جهانی در بعضی از مؤلفه‌ها وعدم تناظر در برخی دیگر خبر می‌دهد. جهت عملیاتی نمودن مفاهیم اخلاقی روش‌های تدریس‌های مختلف و مؤثر کاربردی، بر اساس رویکردها و نظریات مشخص گردید. /downloadfilepdf/1506321
